1. Do you use templates when designing a website?
No, we never use templates. At Core Digital Media we believe every business is unique and we design a unique site to suit your business image.

3. What if my needs don't suit one of your design packages?
We understand that every business has different needs and none of our packages may suit your needs. That is why we are willing to tailor any of our packages for you or come up with a custom made, fixed price solution.
4. What if I don't like the website you create for me?
Our priority is client satisfaction. That is why throughout the design and development process of any project we consult regularly with the client. This ensures that we do not create a web site that you do not like or that doesn't have the features you require.
5. Do you guarantee to increase traffic to my website if I choose one of your marketing packages?
Yes, although we cannot guarantee by how much or for how long. To keep traffic at its peak you need an ongoing marketing strategy that involves resubmitting to search engines amongst other things.
6. What is the uptime of your web servers?
We guarantee 99% uptime of both web and mail servers.
7. Can I upgrade my webhosting if I need to?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time (even if you have paid yearly and not yet used up the entire years hosting). The difference in fees however will be charged.
8. Can I downgrade my hosting?
Yes, you can downgrade at any time. An additional setup fee will apply.
