Retrieving Your Email from our Web Hosting Servers

Simply follow the instructions set out below to setup your email program (email client) to retrieve your email hosted on our servers.
In the space provided for retrieving email (POP) the address to enter is: mail.yourdomain.com.au
In the space provided for sending email (SMTP) you need to enter the SMTP server details as provided by your ISP.
The username you will need to enter is the mailbox number: eg. mb1234a
The password you need to enter is the password you provided to us when you set up your email box.
(If you have forgotten this password please fill out this form.)
This will check for all the aliases (addresses) you have set up for this email box. To check multiple email boxes you will need to set up an identity or profile for each one following the above instructions.
