Uploading Your Website

If you do make changes to your website you will need to upload them to the server so that they are viewable online.
We do not recommend you make changes to your website unless you have an understanding of HTML and how your website is structured. If you do make changes you will need to set up the program you are using to upload your site with the following information.
host name/address/IP address: a number in the format 111.111.111.111 that represents your domain name. This forms a part of your account information.
host type: set this to automatic detect.
user ID/ username: your vs number as provided in your account details.
password: your password as provided in your account details.
You will have received your account details once your web hosting was finalised with us. To have your account details emailed to you again please fill out this form.
